Use synthetic test accounts and invented records. Never submit API keys, passwords, payment credentials, confidential source code, regulated data, or real customer information.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Vibe Launch Inspector website, account workspace, guided inspections, saved reports, checkout flow, and support interactions. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of OpenAI, Stripe, Google, Lovable, Supabase, or websites linked from inspection procedures.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with ChatGPT, the service receives the display name and email address associated with the authenticated account.
Inspection content
We store the app name, optional production URL, target launch date, architecture answers, selected features, inspection results, evidence notes, remediation owners and dates, report snapshots, and related progress needed to save and resume your work.
Purchase information
We store transaction identifiers, amount, currency, purchase status, entitlement status, and the email associated with the purchase. Stripe handles the hosted checkout and payment method information. Vibe Launch Inspector does not receive or store your full card number.
Campaign and device information
If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the site may preserve limited UTM source, medium, campaign, and content values in local browser storage and attach them to a completed Stripe checkout. Hosting, authentication, security, and payment providers may also process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, cookies, and request logs.
3. How we use information
- Provide authenticated accounts, saved inspections, reports, and purchased access.
- Tailor the control set and launch decision to the architecture answers you provide.
- Process, verify, refund, and account for purchases.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, recover from errors, and enforce the Terms.
- Understand which launch campaigns produce purchases and improve the service.
- Respond to support, privacy, and refund requests.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute obligations.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting and authentication, database storage, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and essential operations; to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We use account-level access controls, server-side ownership checks, encrypted transport, bounded input fields, and safeguards intended to reject likely secrets in evidence submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Account and inspection information is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational purposes. Purchase, tax, fraud, dispute, and accounting records may be kept longer where required or reasonably necessary. Archived inspections may remain in protected storage until deletion is requested or a retention process removes them.
6. Cookies and local storage
Authentication and hosting infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies required to sign you in and operate the service. Vibe Launch Inspector uses browser local storage to remember whether the walkthrough has been viewed and to preserve limited campaign attribution. The product does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about use and disclosure. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may be retained where permitted for security, tax, transaction, dispute, or legal reasons.
You may stop campaign attribution from persisting by clearing this site's browser storage. You can archive individual inspections inside the service. For account-level access or deletion requests, contact us below.
8. Children and restricted information
The service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children and should not be used to submit children's personal information, health information, financial account credentials, government identifiers, or other regulated personal data.
9. International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your home jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
