Request a refund if the product is not a useful fit. No lengthy justification is required.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund for a first-time Single App Pass purchase or first Builder Pro charge within seven calendar days after the Stripe purchase timestamp. The request must identify the email used for the purchase so ownership can be verified. Later subscription renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by law or caused by a billing error.
2. How to request a refund
- Use the verified support channel listed below or on your Stripe purchase receipt.
- Write “Refund request” and include the account email used at checkout.
- Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or customer information.
We aim to acknowledge complete requests within three business days. Stripe and your financial institution control when an approved credit appears.
Email support@vibelaunchinspector.com3. What happens after approval
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method where supported. Paid access associated with that purchase is revoked. A Builder Pro refund request does not by itself cancel future renewals; request cancellation as well or use Stripe's customer billing controls when available. Saved account data may remain available in the free plan unless you separately request deletion.
4. Abuse and exceptions
We may deny or limit a request reasonably associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, an account obtained through unauthorized payment, or material violation of the Terms. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
5. Taxes, fees, and currency
Approved full refunds include amounts Stripe makes refundable for the transaction. Currency conversion, bank, or card-issuer fees outside our control may not be recoverable. If only part of a transaction can legally or operationally be refunded, we will explain the result.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and, when eligible, issue a refund. Filing a chargeback does not expand the seven-day policy and may require the transaction and entitlement to be handled through the card network's dispute process.
