Plain-language commitment

One-time and monthly choices are labeled clearly, no production credentials are requested, and no inspection is presented as a certification.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the service for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

2. Account access

Access uses Sign in with ChatGPT. You are responsible for protecting the account used to sign in and for activity performed through it. Do not share access in a way that bypasses product limits or permits unauthorized use. Notify us promptly if you believe the account or an inspection has been accessed improperly.

3. What the service provides

Vibe Launch Inspector provides a guided, evidence-recorded launch-readiness workflow for Lovable applications. Architecture answers determine which controls apply. The user manually performs procedures and records results; the service then produces weighted readiness information, findings, remediation prompts, and a dated report.

Not a certification or professional opinion

The service does not perform penetration testing, automatically inspect source code or production systems, guarantee security, establish regulatory compliance, or replace qualified legal, security, accessibility, privacy, tax, or compliance professionals.

4. Safe and acceptable use

You agree to use the service only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not:

  • Use the procedures to access, disrupt, probe, or test another party's systems without authorization.
  • Submit passwords, API keys, payment credentials, confidential source code, real customer records, or regulated personal information.
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, entitlement, rate, or account controls.
  • Misrepresent a report as a security certification, legal approval, compliance attestation, or guarantee.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or republish the service or its control library except where law permits.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of architecture answers, the procedures actually performed, the evidence recorded, remediation decisions, and the final decision to launch. Reports are version-specific and become stale after material changes to authentication, data, payments, integrations, files, hosting, privacy practices, or operations.

6. Plans, prices, taxes, and payment

The Single App Pass is $39 USD as a one-time payment and grants paid inspection access for the named app selected at checkout for 12 months. Founding Builder Pro is $25 USD per month and covers up to five active apps while the subscription remains active. Prices exclude applicable tax unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe identifies whether checkout is one-time or recurring before payment and processes payment, tax, fraud, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Builder Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid. Future prices may change for later purchases or renewals only with any notice required by law.

7. Refunds

Eligible first-time Single App Pass and Builder Pro purchases may be refunded under the 7-Day Refund Policy. A refund does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals unless confirmed, and approved refunds revoke the associated paid entitlement. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The service, interface, control library, procedures, scoring model, reports, branding, and related materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment where required, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to use reports generated for the projects you inspect.

You retain rights in the app information and inspection content you submit. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content to provide the service. If you voluntarily provide feedback, it may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on and links to third-party services including ChatGPT, Stripe, Lovable, Supabase, and external technical references. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, or content.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; investigate fraud or misuse; comply with law; address nonpayment, refund, chargeback, or dispute; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete detection of risk, or that a launch decision will prevent loss, breach, downtime, or claims.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service or $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

13. Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Applicable law governs without overriding consumer protections that cannot be waived.
